Service Description

The Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) 4-hour Basic Specified Semiautomatic Firearm (SSF) course is a mandatory in-person training required to purchase certain semiautomatic firearms. It requires a valid CPW Hunter Education certificate as a prerequisite, involves no live-fire shooting, and requires passing a final exam with a score of 90% or higher. This course will be completed in a classroom at the range so if you would like to bring your gear you can pay the range fee ($20) at the front desk and stay and shoot after the completion of the course!
